it sure looks like it, in black and white! but it's not. i took some of the yellow Halloween makeup i used for the "street stripes" and sweeped it across my lashes a little, to serve as mascara. ;)

I need to find another source for my colored mascara. Hot Topic doesn't carry it anymore--not even on their website! :(
